Design support for ultra-low distortion RF switch

RFMW has announced design and sales support for a SPDT RF switch with input IP3 (IIP3) of 76dBm and second harmonic of -106dBc @ 1980MHz. The Qorvo QPC1022 is designed for low distortion requirements in LTE infrastructure, repeaters and data cards operating from 5MHz to 6000MHz. Isolation between RF ports is 39dB while insertion loss is only 0.25dB. The device can handle input power levels up to 33dBm and operates of a 3V to 5V supply. It offers the device in a 1.1mm x 1.5mm package.
