New from RFMW, the API Technologies’ QB-925 class AB amplifier operates from 2.4 to 6GHz.
The QB-925 utilizes rugged, GaN technology to provide up to 10W of saturated output power offering broadband, medium power RF amplification in a small, laser sealed housing fitted with connecting pins for drop-in, direct PCB launch.
With a nominal 24V supply, small signal gain is up to 21dB from the 2-stage configuration featuring independent gate and drain bias controls. API’s balanced output configuration offers optimum return loss for ease of use.
