NKK’s SS-series ultra-miniature slide switch, available from Digi-Key, features both illuminated and non-illuminated options. The series also features top or side actuation, permitting flexible board design. Compact dimensions and a low profile allow for high-density mounting and close stacking of PC boards. These ultra-miniature slide switches offer high-quality, crisp actuation with an award winning STC mechanism. The series offers silver or gold contacts ranging from 0.1A at 30VDC (silver) to 0.4VA maximum at 28VAC/DC maximum (gold). They also offer a long lifecycle with a minimum of 10,000 operations while insert-moulded terminals lock out flux, solvents, and other unwanted contaminants.
