Available from Mouser, the Panasonic EYG-T Graphite-PAD is a thermal interface material that provides excellent thermal conductivity (13W/mK) in the Z-axis thickness direction. It also offers high flexibility, meaning that this TIM is deformable with a low load. Being deformable with a low load offers easy installation. This pad is composed of silicone resin and pyrolytic graphite sheets as filler. This combination of materials offers high thermal management reliability, enabling designs with high heat dissipation.
