New 1mm dual-band IoT switch spans 20MHz to 6GHz frequency range

New from RFMW, the Skyworks SKY13587-378LF SPDT RF switch spans a frequency range of 20MHz to 6GHz. The switch offers 0.35dB insertion loss and 24dB of isolation for transmit/receive applications in 2G or 5G WiFi, IoT systems and general-purpose switching. An extended temperature range of -40C to +105C also allows the SKY13587-378LF to serve industrial lighting and outdoor applications. Board space requirements are minimized with a 1mm x 1mm package. The control voltage range for the SKY13587-378LF is 1.8V – 5V. For best linearity, 2.7V or greater is recommended, says the company.
