Power controllers provide seamless control of three-phase electric heating loads

Available from RS Components, Thyristor power control modules from United Automation can provide seamless control of three-phase electric heating loads from a suitable BMS or similar controller. These burst firing controllers use zero-voltage switching technology to minimise noise problems caused by RFI and include over-temperature trips with automatic reset. Typical applications include HVAC systems, electric heating coils, heating cables, induction heaters and electric furnaces.
