More power solutions for industrial and healthcare applications available with new agreement

RS Components has signed a distribution agreement with XP Power, a provider of AC/DC power supplies, DC-DC converters and DC to High Voltage DC converters, and now stocks around 2500 product lines from the manufacturer. As well as providing another supply source to the many existing users of XP Power products, the portfolio also provides a wide choice for engineers looking for innovative power solutions at the start of their design. The new offerings consists of a broad range of AC/DC power supply products from 5W to 3000W including ITE and medical Level VI efficiency desktop and plug-in type external power supplies; open-frame and enclosed-chassis-mounting power supplies; and encapsulated and open-frame PCB-mount power supplies. The range also offers DC-DC converters from 0.25W to 60W, including medically approved devices, solutions for railway applications, and switching regulators. Mounting options for the DC-DC converter ranges include SMD, through-hole and chassis mount. The products meet the needs of a wide range of market sectors and applications, including healthcare, industrial, technology, avionics, and railway. With efficiencies as high as 95% and offers engineers the very latest technologies in the smallest packages available.
