Transformers for automotive applications and where high reliability is required

Bourns has introduced two additional LAN transformers: PT61018AAPEL and SM13072APEL. They are available now from Digi-Key. They are IEEE 802.3 compatible, single-port, and potted construction LAN 10/100 Base-T impedance matching/isolation transformer modules. They include common mode chokes for noise attenuation for Ethernet applications. These devices are AEC-Q200 qualified components and are suitable for automotive infotainment applications and other market segments where higher reliability is required. These LAN transformers offer 1.5kVRMS isolation voltage and an extended operating temperature range of -40C to +85C for the PT61018AAPEL and -40C to +125C for the SM13072APEL.
