Analog Devices' ADF7030-1, available from Digi-Key, is a sub GHz radio transceiver in licensed industrial scientific and medical and short-range device and licensed frequency bands of 69.4MHz to 169.6MHz, 426MHz to 470MHz, and 863MHz to 960MHz for applications standards-based protocols like IEEE802.15.4g. The high performance, lower power ADF7030-1 features an on-chip ARM Cortex-M0. The device supports smart wake mode where it can wake up autonomously from sleep using an internal real-time clock without intervention from the host processor. It is ideal for noisy RF environments where mission critical operations of radio control, calibration, and packet management is required.
The highly configurable low intermediate frequency receiver supports a large range of receiver channel bandwidths from 2.6kHz to 738kHz. This range of receiver channel bandwidths allows the device to support ultra-narrow-band, narrowband, and wideband channel spacing. It is available in in 40WFQFN and 48LQFP packages.
