New white light monochrome digital vision sensor in easy to use package

Sick Inspector I40 Vision Sensor kit, available now from RS Components, provides an intelligent vision solution in an easy to use sensor package. The vision sensor has features to solve inspection at high speed, incorporating locating and positioning tools as well as edge detection and pattern matching functions. All this at VGA resolution and storing data and images over standard communications protocols. The simple setup with supplied software makes the inspector a plug and play device - configured in minutes. The kit includes I40 Vision Sensor, power cable, ethernet cable, bracket and 6mm, 10mm, 16mm lenses.
