Swissbit's M.2 SSD modules, available from Digi-Key, are innovative form-factors ideally suited for ultra-thin embedded computing applications that require mass storage in a very small footprint.
The SATA 6 Gb/s durabit X-60m2 modules in 2242, 2260, and 2280 M.2 form-factors offer high MLC endurance and sustained performance by combining a powerful controller with DRAM supported FTL and increased overprovisioning.
They achieve data transfer rates up to 520MB/s in sequential access and 75,000 IOPS in 4KB random access. In addition, the series features Swissbit’s proven power fail safety, ATA security feature set, NCQ, TRIM, advanced wear leveling and bad block management, and in-field firmware update functionality. The lifetime monitoring tool provides detailed SMART-based status information.
