Stocked by Digi-Key, ADI’s ADRF5040 are general-purpose, broadband high isolation, non-reflective single-pole, quad-throw (SP4T) switches in a small 4mm x 4mm LFCSP package. Covering the 9kHz to 12GHz range, the switches offer high isolation and low insertion loss and are ideal for RF, microwave and telecom applications.
The devices feature 34dB isolation and 0.8dB insertion loss up to 8GHz, and a 9µs settling time of 0.05dB margin of the final radio frequency output (RFOUT). The device operates using positive control voltage of 3.3V and 0V and requires +3.3V and -3.3V supplies. Additional applications for the device include defence, RADAR and test instrumentation.
