New SPS module has integrated high accuracy current and temperature monitors

The ISL99227 is a smart power stage (SPS) module with integrated high accuracy current and temperature monitors. Combined with the ISL681xx and ISL691xx digital multiphase PWM controllers they support demanding CPU core voltages, memory, and auxiliary power rails. The devices have an input voltage 4.5V to 18V, 60A DC current support. The ISL99227 has 3.3V compatible tri-state PWM input. The devices feature ±3% accuracy current monitor output with external reference voltage input, 8mV/C temperature monitor with over-temperature flag. They feature dedicated low-side FET control input, and has comprehensive fault protection for high system reliability.
