High precision extreme temperature voltage reference for mining, drilling and avionic applications

03-03-2017 | Digikey | Power

ADI’s ADR225 is an extreme temperature precision 2.5V band gap voltage reference with an upper temperature range of 175C and 210C. The device is available now from Digi-Key. It has high output current at 10mA and requires up to 50µA maximum supply current. It can use a wide supply voltage range from 3.3V to 16V. These devices are ideal for applications that require precision reference in a high temperature environment such as drilling and avionics. The device comes in both an eight-lead SOIC and an eight-lead ceramic flat pack (FLATPACK). The SOIC has an upper temperature range of +175C and the FLATPACK is at +210C.
