Female straight crimp connector housing with terminal position assurance

TE Connectivity’s VAL-U-LOK double row receptacle housings has a 4.2mm centreline for use in wire to wire and wire to board applications. These housing are available now from RS Components. They have an easy mate and unmate design with keying for accurate alignment and an integral housing locking latch for secure mating. This new range of 4.2mm receptacle housings accepts optional TPA devices.   TPA devices ensure that the terminals are fully seated in the housings and prevent terminal back-out due to vibration, shock or pulling forces. The housings of these receptacle housings are available in two different materials.   This range of connectors are intermateable with the existing VAL-U-LOK connectors and headers.
