RS Components are stocking a selection of European and American mains power cord sets, with the V-Lock interlocking system from Schurter, with interconnection to IEC C17. This system is designed to prevent accidental disconnection. The yellow coloured catch mechanism is easily released by depressing the built-in lever, eliminating the requirements for extra hardware, reducing costs, and installation time.
Applications for these RoHS compliant V-Lock cable assemblies include portable medical devices, laboratory equipment, telecommunication and datacom equipment, and audio equipment. Suitable for appliances with protection class I I.
