New silicon capacitor targets optical communication systems

Available now from RS Components, Ipdia UWSC series ultra large bandwire bondable silicon capacitors target optical communication systems, Rosa, Tosa, SONET and all other optoelectronics. It is also suitable for high-speed data systems or products. This range is designed for DC decoupling and bypass applications. These silicon capacitors offer low insertion loss. They offer high rejection at frequencies higher than 26GHz. The capacitors are manufactured with both deep trench and MOS semiconductor processes to cover low and high capacitance requirements.
