Lane Electronics can now supply from stock a range of high performance circular connectors that meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-38999 SERIES III. These are high density, threaded coupling connectors available in a wide range of shell materials including aluminium, composite, marine bronze and stainless steel. The connectors are manufactured by Souriau. These 38999 compliant connectors can be supplied with signal, power, high power, coax, triax, quadrax or Elio fibre optic contacts. When fitted with quadrax, the connector is the ideal solution when 100Mbit/s Ethernet or 15ohm fibre channel is required in harsh environments. When Souriau’s Elio fibre optic contacts are specified, the connector allows for high speed networks in equally demanding environments.
