Now available from Mouser, the Industruino is a fully featured Arduino-compatible board with prototyping area, onboard LCD, and membrane panel housed in a DIN-rail mountable case. The board allows engineers to quickly install Arduino applications for a variety of projects, from automation projects to data loggers to interactive art installations.
The Proto Kit offers a large prototyping area to add circuitry and includes a 14-pin IDC expansion port to easily connect external modules. These modules include the new Ethernet module or your own PCB/module hosting the same connector. Also included is a 2A switching voltage regulator taking any input voltage between 7V-28V and generating a stable 5V output for the MCU and your own components.
The kit is sold in form of a kit consisting of a topboard PCB, Proto baseboard PCB, mounting hardware and enclosure with button panel. With these parts it takes only about three minutes to assemble the Industruino.
