M12 insert moulded cable connectors suit power applications

Binder UK has a new addition to its M12 series. They are S and T coded insert moulded cable connectors created for power applications up to a rated current of 12A. The 814, 813 series are ideal for voltages up to 63VDC (T-coded) and 630VAC (S-coded) and are provided with either three+ PE, or four gold plated contacts. According to the company, a key feature is connection security as coding eliminates mismatching. These new M12 connectors are suitable for a broad range of applications across many industrial sectors in automation and control systems. As a result, they are rated to IP67 and binder UK is supplying them with environmentally-resistant black PUR cable in standard lengths of 2m or 5m.
