New planform for connectors has been developed for high currents

Lane Electronics offers a new planform in its inventory of Weald Electronics’ LMH series MIL-DTL-26482 circular connectors. The new planform, 12-04, has four size 16 contacts and been developed following increased demand from customers who require small MIL-DTL-26482 connectors able to handle up to 1200V and high currents. The new size 12 connectors are available in all LMH shell styles, contact types and plated finishes. They feature a maximum current rating of 13A per individual contact in isolation and up to 10A per contact through all contacts simultaneously. The connectors are created specifically to meet the demands of MIL-DTL-26482 Series 1 and Patt 105 and have also been approved to IECQ-CECC spec BS/CECC 75201-003 and BS 9522 F0017.
