Capacitive touch evaluation system enables simple prototyping for various functions

The Renesas Solution Starter Kit provides evaluating options for various touch functions (button, slider, wheel, matrix key, proximity sensor) for use with the RX130 Evaluation Kit. The kit provides simple prototyping for use as a reference when designing boards or software. The mutual-capacitance matrix keys, plus self-capacitance proximity sensor evaluation board can carry out a variety of applications that use self-capacitance and mutual-capacitance at the same time. The kit sensitivity can be easily adjusted using Workbench6 which is also available separately.
