New SIP 8 regulated DC-DC converter ideal for industrial applications

One of the latest products from Ideal Power is the new 43LDL03 series; a seamless solution to powering robotics, industrial automation and control systems, and produced by P-Duke. This series operates at up to 3W power and comes in an ultra-low-profile of 21.8mm x 11.2mm x 9.1mm with no minimum load requirement. This makes the series an ideal choice for a mixture of products within industrial applications. The units are offered with optional remote on-off feature, SIP 8 standard pin out, robust plastic casing and extended operating temperatures of between -40C and 75C (without derating), together with meeting MIL-STD-810F thermal shock and vibration standards; making these modules easy to integrate within extreme and demanding environments. Also, the series has an impressive MTBF rate of 5,221,000 hours (MIL-HDBK217F) and incorporates continuous short circuit and under voltage protection. These modules can also be used with external EMI filters to achieve EN 55032 Class B or A; dependant on the intended environment. UL/IEC/EN 60950-1 has also been met as standard.
