HD-EFI adapters facilitate testing and validation for board-to-board applications

Amphenol RF has introduced SMA adapters to new 50Ohm product series designed to integrate HD-EFI into new applications. Danbury, CT – Amphenol RF has expanded its newly developed HD-EFI product line to include adapters. These HD-EFI to SMA adapters provide added convenience for clients enabling them to seamlessly transition to this 50Ohm micro-miniature interface. The adapters are offered in smooth bore and limited detent jack and straight plug configurations. They are created for superior mechanical and electrical performance up to 6GHz with machined brass bodies and gold plated, beryllium copper contacts. The series is perfect for blind-mate circumstances and mating multiple RF lines between PCBs. These connectors are intended specifically to maximise radial and axial float in board-to-board applications.
