DIN rail distribution board gives reliable data connection for industrial applications

Phoenix Contact's DIN rail distribution board of the FDX 20 series, comes equipped with 6x ST/SC duplex couplings (hybrid), splice holder (for separately sold shrink and crimp splice protection) on a patented splice comb made from powder-coated sheet steel. The device is available now from RS Components. Cable insertion is via a cable gland both at top or bottom. The housing (two-part) is prepared for DIN rail mounting through the rear-side adapter (this can also be mounted on the side). The device has intuitive front panel operation and clear control cabinet layout thanks to a uniform design. Flexible DIN rail mounting is possible in three positioning directions. The device is perfectly sized and has a patented pigtail tray, for convenient splicing and compact bending radii. The six duplex front connections and compact dimensions provide more space in the control cabinet. The device is suitable for many industrial applications and provides an easy to install with a continuously reliable data connection, thanks to the extensively tested components.
