The ON Semiconductor RSL10 is a multi-protocol Bluetooth 5 certified radio SoC which brings ultra-low-power wireless technology to IoT. The device is available now from RS Components.
Providing what is claimed to be the industry’s lowest power consumption, the device helps provide devices like heart rate monitors with advanced wireless features while optimising system size and battery life. Unlike most other multi-protocol radio SoCs, the device is specifically created for applications using 1.2V and 1.5V batteries and supports a voltage supply range between 1.1V and 3.3V without a required DC-DC converter.
