Evaluation board intended for evaluating a dual-chip RF switching solution

Analog Devices EVAL-ADGM1304EBZ Evaluation Board is intended to evaluate the ADGM1304 dual-chip RF switching solution. This board offers connectors for RF and control signals as well as links to control the operation of the switch and evaluate the performance. The ADGM1304 is an SP4T, MEMS switch and a control chip co-packaged in a compact 5mm x 4mm LFCSP package. This MEMS switch with integrated driver gives optimum performance regarding bandwidth, power handling capability, and linearity for RF applications. The device features a wide frequency range with SMA connectors for RF signals and SMB connectors for switch control signals. The device provides On-board CALIBRATION THRU transmission line for analyser calibration. It operates from a single 3.3V supply voltage and provides 36dBm high power handling capability.
