New ultra-wideband GaAs distributed driver amplifier easing broadband designs

04-12-2018 | Custom MMIC | Power

Custom MMIC has just released the CMD292, a new wideband Distributed Driver Amplifier MMIC. CMD292 delivers 13dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +27dBm and output IP3 of +33dBm at 15GHz. The device features a positive gain slope over frequency, easing broadband designs when flat gain profile is desired. The device is a pad-compatible replacement for the Analog Device product, HMC994. This broadband device is perfectly suited for applications needing broad bandwidth, high output power and high linearity.
