Distribution agreement signed for advanced power supplies

New Yorker Electronics has teamed up with N2Power Power Solutions to create a global supply chain for power supply products. With designs growing smaller and ‘real estate’ becoming a critical factor, N2Power Open-Frame power supplies are among the smallest AC/DC 125W to 500W units on the market. It has broad experience in developing notably small volumetric size through state-of-the-art packaging, yielding power densities over 15W/cubic inch. The devices are also highly efficient, meaning less loss of energy in the form of heat – producing higher MTBF and lower cooling costs. Most models need little or no forced air cooling. This also provides reduced energy consumption, decreased AC loads, enhanced reliability and lower operating costs. This level of efficiency and reliability makes them popular in the expanding medical and lighting/LED markets but also in transportation, information technology, broadcast, kiosks, industrial, gaming and test equipment applications.
