Evaluation board for applications using RF circuit design techniques

Analog Devices EV1HMC891A Evaluation Board is intended to evaluate HMC891 tunable band-pass filters. The primary side of the board is routed with RF traces, and the residual ground plane layers give a solid ground for RF transmission lines. This board is built with Rogers 4350 dielectric material on the top that provides low loss performance. The prepreg material in layer two attaches the Isola 370HR with copper trace layers above and below the core layer. Both prepreg material and the 370HR core layer are employed to produce the necessary board finish thickness. The evaluation board is largely used in the applications that use RF circuit design technique.
