Kingbright KPHD-1608 series is a Dome Lens SMD-LED in 0603 package. This series has wide viewing angle of 90-degrees for true-green and blue colours and 120-degrees for all others colours. The luminous intensity is from 80mcd for standard green up to 940mcd for true-green. The series is offered in the colours red, orange, 570nm standard green, 525nm true-green, yellow and blue. The product has MSL 3 and is RoHS complaint.
The device size is 1.6mm x 0.8mm x 0.65mm providing low power consumption, a moisture sensitivity level 3 and is RoHS compliant.
The device is ideal for backlights, status Indicators, home and smart appliance, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare applications.
