DIN rail panel mount power supply enables device side by side mounting

The Omron S8VK-X Switch mode power supply is a small power supply with communication capabilities and is available now from RS Components. The space-saving design enables users to mount power supplies side by side replacing standard power supplies. The device is EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP-compatible plus using a monitoring tool attached to a PC, via an Ethernet cable, you can monitor the power supply. The superior environmental resistance adds to the stable operation of the power supply which is vibration and shock resistant plus includes coated PCBs resisting humidity and gases. Product replacement time, output current, output voltage, and more are obtained on the network and can be managed all together. Product status can also be checked on-site using the indication monitor. Side-by-side mounting is possible up to 55C.
