Oscilloscope probe allows safe and accurate measurements

The RS-SI 9001, from RS Components, is an active differential probe which allows safe and accurate measurements between two voltage signals that are referenced to each other rather than referenced to earth to ground. The device features switchable attenuation of 10:1 and 100:1, 25 MHz bandwidth and ±700 V maximum differential. The probe is compatible with all oscilloscopes from different manufacturers which have 1MOhm BNC input. The probe can be battery-operated or powered by the supplied USB power lead. The device meets IEC 61010-031 safety standard power and over-range indicators and provides up to ±70V/±700V differential; 25MHz bandwidth (-3dB).
