Basic CAN FD transceivers fully meet ISO 11898-2:2016 requirements

Analog Devices ADM3050 Basic CAN FD Transceivers are 5.7kVrms isolated CAN physical layer transceivers able to provide 15Mbps data rates. These transceivers completely meet the CAN flexible data rate (CAN FD) ISO 11898-2:2016 demands. The ADM3050 transceivers employ iCoupler technology to couple a two-channel isolator and a CAN transceiver into a SOIC surface-mount package. These transceivers offer isolation between the CAN controller and physical layer bus.

These transceivers feature 145ns low maximum loop propagation delay, ±25V extended common-mode range, ±40V bus fault protection, and controlled manufacturing baseline. The devices support defence and aerospace applications. Typical applications comprise CANOpen, DeviceNet, industrial automation, defence, and aerospace avionics.
