Basic switch offers small size and high rating

The new Omron D2F-5 switch, available now from TTI Europe, offers excellent ratings benefits and is astonishingly small at just 5.7mm x 12.7mm and a height of 5.5mm depending on the operating lever chosen. These switches combine a snapping mechanism with two highly precise split springs that ensure long service life. Flux penetration is stopped by using insertion moulded terminals. The switch is offered in a variety of terminals including self-clinching PCB, left-angled, right-angled terminals, solder terminals and compact solder terminals.

Typical applications include building automation, ventilation control, temperature control, safety and security, smart meters, and lifts and elevators.
