The M225 series, available now from TTI Europe, is a 2mm pitch connector range from Harwin. They are created to resist industrial levels of vibration and shock, in a practical package ideal for automated assembly at high volume.

The three-finger contact in the series provides 50% more contact area than traditional two finger contacts, following in higher current carrying capacity (3A), increased vibration handling and reduced contact resistance. The connectors can withstand a 10G vibration force for six hours, making them an excellent solution for demanding industrial applications.

Female crimp contacts are offered in both loose (for prototyping) and reeled (for high-volume automation) packaging. Fully shrouded and polarized housing features expanding rubber locking fixing for a fast and secure connection between mated connectors and added resistance to vibration.

Typical applications include industrial, factory and mobile machinery, control panels and sub-systems, drives, robotics and other automation, instrumentation, test equipment, portable hand-held devices, site control, remote control devices, and ground and machinery monitoring.
