Current sense resistors for all types of current sensing and pulse applications

Vishay Intertechnology Automotive Grade WFM Power Metal Plate Current Sense Resistors, available now from TTI Europe, combine high power and wide resistance range for better accuracy by eliminating parallel elements. Devices feature high 2W and 3W power ratings and resistance range from 5mOhm to 500mOhm.

The resistors are constructed from solid metal manganese-copper and nickel chromium-aluminium alloy resistive element with low TCR (<20ppm/C) and a very low inductance 0.5nH to 5nH. The devices offer excellent frequency response to 50MHz and low thermal EMF (<3μV/C). The devices are AEC-Q200 qualified and are suppled in a 2010 and 2512 size package.
