Kit enables evaluation and development of single-chip Bluetooth and BLE applications

The CYW920819EVB-02 Evaluation Kit from Cypress Semiconductor, and available now from RS Components, allows customers to evaluate and develop single-chip Bluetooth and BLE applications using the CYW20819, dual-mode Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE and BR/EDR) wireless MCU.

The kit can be used with ModusToolbox software to develop and debug your project. The kit allows footprint-compatibility with Arduino shields. The development environment is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems. Also, the kit offers an onboard programmer and USB-UART chip. The EVB supports 1.8 V and 3.3 V operation.

The board includes the following: CYW920819EVB-02 evaluation board; USB 2.0 Type-A to micro-B cable; and Quick Start Guide.
