Battery connectors for energy storage systems

The DW series from JAE supports the construction of battery storage systems and reacts to the worldwide demands of energy savings. These connectors are available now from TTI Europe. As the production of lithium-ion batteries increases, the use of these connectors with integrated power and signal contacts enables control of cell performance in power rack system. It permits to avoid energy peaks and serves to stabilise the current value. It assists in decreasing assembly time (prevents of wrong wiring and mismating to avoid short circuit accidents).

The series is offered in six types of product line up including cable type for small-scale storage and a screw-free bus-bar clamp. The DW1-DW3 product lines are utilised in rack-panel structure, while DW4 builds a board to cable connection, and DW7 is a floating bus-bar clamp connection.

The connectors are ideal for energy storage systems (ESS) related equipment, UPS, and PCS equipment industries.
