Receptacle connector ideal for routers, switches and host bus adapters

Available now from RS Components is the 38-way SMT receptacle connector for application with the TE Connectivity range zQSFP+ cages. This double-sided zQSFP+ connector has a black LPC housing, and gold plated contacts. The connector is intended for high-speed 100Gbit/s max data rate.

The Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable (QSFP) interconnect system is a four-channel package, providing three times the density of traditional SFP ports and supports speeds up to 10Gb/s per channel making it suitable for 8G fibre channel and 10G Ethernet applications.
