CMOS optocoupler designed for high-speed logic interface circuits

The Renesas RV1S9960ACCSP-10YV#SC0 CMOS Output Photocoupler is a Surface Mount, eight-Pin LSDIP. These

high-speed CMOS optocouplers are optically coupled isolators comprising a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a CMOS output IC on the output side. This coupler is a high CMR, high-speed CMOS output type device intended for high-speed logic interface circuits.

The device features high-speed switching up to 15Mbps with active low output logic which consists of an AlGaAs. The device has an LED on the input side and an integrated circuit with a photodiode on the output.

This device allows low current operation on a 3.3V/5V power supply with high noise-tolerant CMR:50kV/us min and high-temperature operation up to Ta=110C in logic interface circuit.

This Pb free product is suitable for industrial inverter, solar/wind power conditioner applications.
