EVM enables easy evaluation of retimer

Texas Instruments DS250DF410EVM Retimer Evaluation Module (EVM) enables easy evaluation of the 25Gbps retimer, DS250DF410. Users are necessitated to supply power and high-speed traffic to the evaluation module via Huber+Suhner 1x8 MXP connectors. The Huber+Suhner cables are not incorporated in the evaluation module. Through the onboard USB2ANY connection and EVM software, users are able to evaluate device features. These features incorporate signal detect, equalisation settings, Tx output settings, EEPROM file generation, and other register features.

The EVM supports a single supply of 2.5V or 3.3V. The kit comprises of the evaluation module, and a shielded A Male to Mini B Male USB cable.
