SPDT RF switches are CMOS-compatible

Analog Devices ADRF5019 Single Pole Double Throw RF Switches are non-reflective switches manufactured in a silicon process. These RF switches operate from 100MHz to 13GHz frequency range, 0.8dB insertion loss, and 45dB of isolation at 8GHz. The switches offer high input linearity, high power handling, and are pin-compatible with the HMC1118 low-frequency cutoff version switches.

The switches are CMOS compatible and with low voltage transistor-transistor logic compatible controls. The switches operate with a single positive supply voltage as well.

Typical applications include test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals, defence radios, radars, and electronic counter measures, fibre optics, and broadband telecommunications.
