Amphenol RF has expanded its QMA product line to incorporate two new connector options. These connectors are compatible with the LMR-400 cable, produced by Amphenol Times Microwave, and provide all of the same characteristics and benefits of the rest of the QMA portfolio.
The new connectors are offered in straight plug and jack configurations and operate at 50Ohms with a frequency range of DC to 12.4GHz, which surpasses the maximum frequency supported by the cable of 8GHz. These connectors provide a traditional snap-on interface for fast and easy installation and low RF leakage. These connectors are excellent for applications including 5G wireless, medical and test and measurement.
The company's products also comprise RF connectors, coaxial adapters and RF cable assemblies. Custom engineered products include multi-port ganged interconnect, blind mate and hybrid mixed-signal solutions.
