Kingbright's KAA-3528LSURKCGKCT is a two-colour SMD-LED with reverse gullwing for reverse mount. The device is available now from TTI Europe.
The LED has a 630nm red chip and a 570nm green chip. Both chips can be controlled separately. LED is mounted top-down and emits through the PCB. This SMD-LED has dimensions of 3.2mm x 2.8mm and 1.9mm thickness. The viewing angle is 120-degrees. The device has a red AlGaInP chip with typ. 8mcd @ 2mA and a green AlGaInP chip with typ. 4mcd @ 2mA. The product has MSL 3 and is RoHS compliant.
