The JAE AX01 Series are high-speed floating board-to-board connectors with high-reliability two-point contact. Available now from TTI Europe the series is ideal for internal connection of industrial equipment such as robots, automated machines, and machine tools. The series supports automatic robotic assembly, ensures vibration resistance and contact reliability.
High-speed transmission is an important feature in an IoT environment where amount and speed of information constantly increases. This is supported by the achieved transmission speeds of the device exceeding 8Gbps, equivalent to 10GBASE-KR and PCIe Gen3.
The series floating structure can absorb positional misalignments while robots assembly and enables the simultaneous employment of multiple board-to-board connectors. The workability of reliable two-point contacts is supported by low insertion and removal force.
