Solid tantalum surface mount chip capacitors have ultra-flat low profile

Vishay Tantalum Capacitor provides 1.5μF 35VDC Tantalum Solid offering ±10% tolerance in this TMCU Series. The devices come in a moulded case and have an ultra-flat Low Profile.

These tantalum electrolytic capacitors are the preferred choice in applications where high reliability, volumetric efficiency, stable electrical parameters, and long service life are important considerations. The stability and resistance to elevated temperatures of the tantalum/tantalum oxide/manganese dioxide system make solid tantalum capacitors a suitable choice for today's surface mount assembly technology.

The case UA has 100% matte tin and the case UB is Ni/Pd/Au. The device is qualified to EIA-717 and is compatible with 'high volume' automatic pick and place equipment. Operating temperature is between -55C to +125C (above 85C, voltage derating is required). The capacitance range covers 0.1μF to 220μF. The voltage rating range is 2.5VDC to 35VDC.
