The Siretta Oscar 40 antennas, available now from RS Components, are compact, omnidirectional outdoor antenna, tuned to 4G/3G/2G and WiFi frequencies. The device's radome is UV-proof and waterproof so excellent for outdoor applications. They are furnished with low loss LMR195 cable to maximise signal strength. They provide an aluminium bracket for wall mounting and a clamp for mast fitting.
The devices are supplied with a choice of cable lengths and connectors: OSCAR40/10M/LL/SMAM/S/S/33 has a 10m LMR195 cable with SMA male connector; OSCAR40/5M/LL/FMEF/S/S/33 has a 5m LMR195 cable with FME female connector; and an OSCAR40/5M/LL/SMAM/S/S/33 with a 5m LMR195 cable with SME male connector.
The antenna features vertical and linear polarization, horizontal beam width of 360 degrees and vertical beam width of 55 degrees. The maximum power provided is 20W, with a 50Ohm impedance. The radome offers PVC with UV protection, and the radiator is constructed of aluminium. Lightning protection provided is direct ground. The device size overall is 240mm x 60mm. The maximum wind loading, when mounted is 180km/hr. The device frequency bands, cover 800MHz to 960MHz and 1710MHz to 2700MHz.
