Demo boards to demonstrate a high voltage battery pack monitor

Linear Technology/Analog Devices DC2732A Demo Boards for the LTC2949 demonstrate a high voltage battery pack monitor based on the LTC2949 current and stack voltage monitor IC. The device infers charge and energy flowing in and out of the battery pack by simultaneously monitoring the voltage over two sense resistors and the battery pack voltage. This IC can share the same communication bus with ADI battery stack monitors that contain the isoSPI interface due to its compatible protocol.

The IC is a high-precision current, voltage, charge, temperature, and energy meter for EV and HEVs and other isolated current sense applications. This IC is generally powered from an isolated supply and connected directly to the battery stack on the low/high side depending on the shunt position.
