Medium load PVC control cable ideal for indoor applications

Igus Chainflex PVC control cable is created for medium load requirements. The cable is available now from RS Components.

This silicon-free cable is torsion-resistant and recommended for indoor applications. The cable is flame-retardant in accordance to IEC 60332-1-2, CEI 20-35, FT1, VW1. The cable offers freely suspended travel distances and for gliding applications up to 50m, Class 2. The product is a fine-wire stranded conductor consisting of bare copper wires (following EN 60228) and the outer sheath offers low-adhesion mixture based on PVC, adapted to suit the demands in Energy Chains (following DIN VDE 0282 Part 10).

Typical applications for this cable include wood/stone processing, packaging industry, supply systems, handling, and adjusting equipment.
